Live in The Lounge presents: Susie Quicke 🎶
Susie Quicke is a singer songwriter and local Broome musician with a diverse repertoire of blues, rock, pop, country, jazz and original music. Playing some favourites in the Roey Lounge Bar with a very special guest appearance from Neil Hamaguchi.
Susie Quicke was born in the Karri forests of the southwest and moved to Broome in the early 90's. Music has been a large part of her life with an inherited gift of a natural singing voice which prompted her to try any form of music from pub rock, jazz, blues, country, theatre, cabaret and eventually to write and record. Her first album, "High on Red Rocks" was released in 2000 with 13 tracks that showcase the diverse songwriting styles and versatility of her rich contralto timbre.
