The wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes, sourced from a specific block within the iconic Home Vineyard, which was planted by Dr. Cullity in 1971. The grapes used in this limited-edition wine are carefully selected, handpicked, and then meticulously fermented in open and closed vats. The wine is then aged for 18 months in carefully selected new and used French oak barrels before being bottle-aged for a further 18 months.
