VIP Card Holder Policy for The Roey – Registration for Ticketed Events
1. Purpose
This policy outlines the guidelines for VIP card holders when registering for ticketed events at The Roey, ensuring a smooth and exclusive experience while maintaining the benefits of VIP membership.
2. Scope
This policy applies exclusively to VIP card holders of The Roey. It covers both ticketed events and non-ticketed events (e.g., WET T).
3. Non-Ticketed Events
Entry Procedure:
VIP card holders can access non-ticketed events simply by presenting their valid VIP card at the door. No prior registration is required.Verification:
Staff will verify the card’s authenticity at the entrance to ensure eligibility.
4. Ticketed Events
4.1 Registration Requirements:
Advance Registration:
VIP card holders must register in advance by at least one week for all ticketed events through reception. This works on a first in best dressed policy. If capacity does not allow at the time of registration for third party events where the Roey is not running the ticketing, no ticket will be issued.
Registration Deadline:
All registrations must be completed by the specified deadline.Ticket Allotment:
Upon successful registration, VIP card holders will receive a unique ticket emailed to them.
4.2 At the Event:
Entry Verification:
Upon arrival, VIP card holders must present both their valid VIP card and their ticket/confirmation code to gain entry.Identification:
Additional identification may be requested to verify the VIP status if necessary.
4.3 Cancellations and Changes:

Any cancellations or changes must adhere to The Roey’s standard event policies.Non-Transferability:
Tickets issued under this policy are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered VIP card holder.
