Loyalty Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Roey Rewards program (“Program”), operated by the Roebuck Bay Hotel Group (“The Roey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining, accessing, or using the Program via Zen Global or Me&U, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership

  1. Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

  2. Each member may hold only one account.

  3. To join, members must provide valid contact details through Zen Global, Me&U, or any participating venue operated by The Roey.

  4. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure personal details remain current and accurate.

2. Earning Points

  1. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made in-venue or online via Me&U.

  2. 100 points equals $1 in redeemable value.

  3. Points are calculated on the total spend after discounts, excluding gift cards, third-party delivery fees, and certain promotional items.

  4. Bonus point offers or promotions may be made available at our discretion.

  5. Points cannot be earned on refunded or cancelled transactions.

3. Redeeming Points

  1. Points can be redeemed for goods and services at any participating area of The Roey, including Pearlers, The Lounge, Oasis Bar, and the Bottleshop, or via Me&U online where available.

  2. The redemption rate and minimum thresholds are set within Zen Global and may vary by venue or product category.

  3. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  4. Any balance remaining after redemption will stay on the member’s account until expiry.

4. Expiry of Points

  1. Points expire 12 months from the date they were earned, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Expired points are automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.

5. Member Offers & Perks

  1. Members may receive exclusive pricing, bonus offers, or invitations to special events.

  2. Offers are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

  3. Perks cannot be transferred to another member or redeemed for cash.

6. Privacy & Data Use

  1. By joining, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  2. Your details are used to operate the Program, communicate offers, and personalise your experience across our venues.

  3. We do not sell or disclose member information to unrelated third parties.

7. Changes to the Program

  1. The Roey may, at its discretion, amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

  2. Updated Terms will be published online or via participating apps.

  3. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. General

  1. The Roey reserves the right to verify membership activity and cancel accounts involved in misuse or fraudulent activity.

  2. The Roey is not responsible for technical issues, system outages, or delayed point processing.

  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
